Servers are down early for GU#52

It seems they took the servers down 11pm PST (2 am EST) time to update GU #52 Monument and Might! It is a little odd to see US servers go down at night, usually they take servers down at 7am PST (10 am EST) in the morning. I wonder why they started early?
