That does not look right at all…

I will have that working by our next update.  I apologize for those that are not able to purchase this at this time and have been saving for it.

The guild was invited because I suggested their name as one of the guilds that met our criteria.

Nothing fancy or secret about it.  In time, I will need to contact other guilds and have them test if they can.

Thank you.

Let us just say, we should see lots of good things for us in the coming months.

what were you thinking???? seriously? PvP only effects? cmon PvE stuff works in PvP, the reverse should be the same, and 2k tokens for a peice of jewelry??? seriously? and the writs???? omg, we are now firmyl cemented to zergfest, and thus, the 10 min timer now stops us from getting updates, nice, except instead of the 2200 odd kills already required to get a new peice the real number goes up to around…oh 5k kills…lol seriously man, what were you thinking????

The cost for the first set of items is 750 tokens which is about the same price a BP cost prior to GU53.  1 old token now gives your 5, so 750 tokens is 150 tokens.

The cost for the last set of items are 4 times what a normal item would cost prior to GU53.  So 400 tokens, for raid quality items that you would need a x4 to get in the first place.   The choice is yours, obtain a raid to get a comparable item or hunt to get enough tokens.

This update was all about making sure you had a choice.  Most Wanted Posters give you a choice to hunt anywhere you like, and these items give you the choice to spend your token on TSO items or you can obtain the RoK item which are still among the best items available.

We have quite a few people that had their tokens collecting dust and can now look forward to getting one of these items.  It is a price that will remain at least until the expansion, when I will evaluate all the prices again and see where we go from there.

Greetings,

As most of you are now aware, we will be transitioning to using the new Most Wanted Posters to obtain your PVP writs starting in GU54.  The change will allow you to obtain a writ anywhere in the world and the writs will complete once the required kills are met.  You will only need to return to the writ giver to obtain another Most Wanted Poster, which should be no less then every hour.  Writ givers will be limited to city and guild halls.

In addition, a total of 16 new items have been added to the TSO merchants.  These accessories are long overdue and are highly desirable items that will compliment our current equipment.   We still have the last update changes that most have worked or are working towards, so view these new items as a new challenge and worth the cost.

Please make sure to submit any feedback you have via PM and for those of you that have registered for our Beta; I would love to work with you to make sure we address as many PVP issues as possible before release.

Enjoy your Holidays and safe hunting!

Is that as a keen PVP'er I have a mounting stack of Red and Blue PVP tokens and nothing to spend them on.

Suggestions

1.  Have PVP rewards  ( Armour / Charms / jewelery ) that are worth 1000 and 1500 tokens.

Make PVP have long term goals. Make people save  tokens for better items. With the writ giver changes coming into play it will make zerging less easy and therefore will take longer to get PVP tokens.

2.  Make the PVP writs larger – return when you have 50 kills for example ( with a cool down of a couple of hours). This will mean people will either carry on PVP'ing for fun / fame or go and do an instance = longer time taken to get the better PVP items.

3. As well as better items that cost 1000 or 1500 tokens have specific PVP appearance armour that cost the same. Obviously they would need to look REALLY GOOD for them to cost that many tokens. maybe a graphic effect like on the Cloak of flames.

There has been a lot more interest from SoE on the PVP side ( Olihin  and long may you continue to listen and take suggestions from the PVP community. And of course as you do tell us yes / no / maybe

Mr.Small

Done.

Working on the rest as we speak but not in till another GU or 2…

Happy Hunting!

The bad part about these lists is that everyone is posting in the “What will make me OP” realm or the “This will help me beat X class I can't defeat” mindset.   Suggestions from these viewpoints will not help your class equipment and frankly will not really make you better in PVP.

I have many changes coming to armor that if we combine them with reasonable suggestions from your list, would make our armor attractive for all that enjoy PVP.  So pick a thread and let's see if we can everyone to participate.  I still have all the emails from those I PMd as well, so that you for those that replied.

Will the guild hall writ giver amenity hand out Most Wanted Posters now?

Yes.

The writ giver and writ agent will both work in the same way.

I will be making some changes to how PVP writs are granted in the short future. (GU 54)

Brief summary of changes:

I will be removing all overland zone writ givers.

City writ givers will grant you a Most Wanted Poster.  This item will grant you a writ anywhere in the world and it will have a 10 minute reuse timer.

Writs will autocomplete, no need for you to run to a writ giver to complete your writ.  Once the bauble is out of charges, you will need to get another one from the writ giver.

Your risk will be loss of coin if you happen to complete your writ and die shortly after.  Other then that, you have the ability to roam the world and complete your 10 writs when and were you choose.

Safe hunting,

Olihin
